We employ dedicated training professionals to oversee this and our Head Office also boasts its own education centre, plus we budget for both personal development and technical training courses. Unlike some other companies, we’ll actively encourage you to make full use of them too.
We also know that training doesn’t need to be work based to be beneficial to your working life, so we offer everyone the flexibility they need to become a school governor if they wish. And for non managers up to £100 to develop skills in an outside area of interest, such as French, massage, or even flying.
