Private medical healthcare
A non-contributory healthcare scheme is available to all permanent employees through BUPA. We also offer cover to your partner and children at a discounted rate.
Childcare
All employees are offered discounted childcare vouchers which can be purchased directly through payroll. We also offer childcare inclusive contracts for those at Milton Park in Abingdon, which offer reduced cost places at our onsite nursery.

Pension scheme
Our Contributory Stakeholder Pension Scheme is offered to all employees after three months’ permanent employment. We’ll match any contributions you make up to 5.5% of your salary.
Staff share scheme
After a qualifying period, you’ll be eligible to receive publicly traded shares in the company free of charge.
Relocation assistance
If you need to relocate to be near one of our sites, we’re often able to offer financial relocation assistance. This will be discussed at interview, and is subject to your individual circumstances.
Life assurance
Our life assurance scheme will pay four times your annual salary to nominated dependant(s) in the event of your death.
Holiday entitlement
All our full-time employees enjoy 25 days’ paid holiday. Part-time employees and those who join during the holiday year will receive a pro-rata entitlement.
