Interviews
During your interview, you’ll be asked to give examples of times when you have demonstrated the key competencies (behaviours) required for the role you have applied for. It’s important to refrain from giving general or hypothetical examples, and to take your time and think of the best example you can. Be prepared for the interviewer to probe for more details. A typical question might be, ‘Tell me about a time where your contribution helped the team to meet a target.’
Tests
If you haven't taken a test in some time, try to keep calm and make sure you read all the instructions carefully. Keep your eye on the time and try to work as quickly and accurately as possible.
